Landlord & Property Management Appreciation and Engagement Event

CRCSTL participated in this bi-annual event hosted by St. Louis Metro Housing Collective (SLMHC). The aim of this group and this event was to build lasting partnerships between St. Louis’ social service community and local landlords, property managers, stakeholders and developers to assist with housing our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Various topics discussed included the financial, social and case management support available, locator demonstrations, landlord/tenant law, and mediation. Also discussed were various housing interventions, including Prevention, Rapid Rehousing, Permanent Supportive Housing, Section 8, HUD-VASH and Shelter + Care.
