  • Pearlina Boyd

    Pearlina Boyd, J.D. is the Managing Director/Mediator at Boyd Resolution Group LLC.  The practice is based in St. Louis, and serves clients in Missouri and Illinois. The practice provides mediation services in family matters such as Divorce, Domestic Violence, Child Custody, Parenting Plans, and in civil matters such as Business Negotiations, Breach of Contract, Employment & Labor disputes, Landlord/Tenant Evictions, Healthcare, and Workplace disputes.

    Pearlina was recently recognized in the United Kingdom based, global Lawyer Monthly Magazine 2023 ADR Awards publication. Since September of 2023, she has received numerous domestic and international awards for her work as a Mediator.   

    She is involved with several bar associations based in St. Louis, Chicago. She was recently selected by the Missouri Bar Board of Governors to serve as a Mediator for the Missouri Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program. She also engages in legislative advocacy at the state and federal levels of government, and serves on the Missouri Government Relations Advisory Committee for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. 

    Pearlina holds a Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center, a Master of Arts in Public Policy Administration from UM-St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Political Science from Missouri State University.

  • Becky Bromberg

    Rebekah Bromberg is an accomplished attorney, mediator, and guardian ad litem with extensive experience in commercial disputes, particularly in highly regulated sectors as well as family and juvenile matters. As the founder of Meaningful Mediation Services, LLC, Rebekah brings a unique blend of corporate, transactional, and regulatory expertise, leveraging over two decades of legal practice to facilitate effective dispute resolution. She is skilled in contract negotiation, risk management, and compliance, and her approach to mediation is grounded in practical solutions that address complex issues while prioritizing parties' interests. Additionally, Rebekah is licensed in Missouri and Illinois, with specialized mediation training under Missouri Rule 17 and Rule 88.

  • Pastor Denise Belton

    Pastor Denise Belton is a native of St. Louis, MO. She is married to Pastor
    Keith Belton who is a native of Washington D.C. The Lord has blessed them with two wonderful children, Keith Alexander Belton II and Kirsten Victoria Belton- Quarterman. Pastor Belton served 5 years in the United States Navy. She is retired from the United States Postal Service after 32 years of service. During that time she served as Lead Operations Mgr., Team Leader for Workplace Environment Improvement, and a member of the Employee Intervention Crisis Team. She is a certified Civil Mediator, and she and her husband are the founders of In His Image Ministries in St. Louis Mo. where they serve together.

  • Jim Donovan

    Jim has a life-long history of private, public, and not-for-profit service. His ability to think outside the box, to find the “win-win,” and to attend to the business at hand in an organized, well rounded, professional, and respectful way has garnered respect and admiration among peers.

    Much of his success is due to the mediative influences he use to assist people in establishing a better frame of mind. He is a Missouri and Kansas Supreme Court Approved Mediator committed to helping people address issues and commonalities between them.

  • Stephen Eagleton

    Stephen has been trained at the EEOC and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service in Washington DC for Mediation, Arbitration and other HR functions. In addition to this training, Stephen has personally trained hundreds of future mediators and arbitrators.

  • Simone Haberstock

    Simone Haberstock is a certified mediator, public accountant, and trainer who teaches other attorneys and professionals mediation skills.

    Simone earned her J.D. (cum laude) from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1991 and received her Graduate of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Dispute Resolution (mediation and ADR), in 2013 from the University of Missouri School of Law. Simone is also an adjunct professor at St. Louis University School of Law.

  • Dionne M. King

    Dionne is an award-winning cultural strategist who leads DMK Consults, a national executive leadership firm headquartered in Missouri. DMK Consults specializes in creating inclusive cultures, resolving conflicts through mediation, and coaching executives. She works with industry leaders across the nation to resolve conflict and develop more inclusive and culturally competent communities. Her 20+ years of experience effectuates change for policies, personnel development, business operations, and community relations practices.

    Dionne is also an approved mediator for the Office of Dispute Resolution in Clay County, Missouri and for the Conflict Resolution Center of St. Louis, Missouri. She authors curriculum for colleges and provides expert commentary on stages, television, radio, podcasts, and magazines. She brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in facilitating fair and effective conflict resolution.

    Her clients appreciate her ability to help reimagine a better work environment while providing practical tools to do so. Her superpowers are leading strategic change and holding to the firm’s motto to “help people do better."

  • Dr. Cassandra Walker Suggs

    Dr. Cassandra Walker Suggs is a distinguished professional with a doctorate in Heritage Leadership, Social Justice, Sustainability, and Participatory Culture from the University of Missouri St. Louis, complemented by a legal degree from Purdue University Global Law School. Dr. Suggs also holds a certificate of Administrative Leadership from Harvard University. 

    Dr. Suggs holds certifications as a Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer (CMT) in Conflict Resolution from Eckerd College and the IMI International Mediation Institute. Additionally, she has been trained under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 17 and 88 in Civil/Family and Domestic Mediation, through CCMA, ensuring her proficiency in facilitating constructive dialogue and resolving disputes in various contexts. 

    With over decades of experience in advocacy, Dr. Suggs is a passionate advocate for children and families in civil and family mediation and disputes. Shealso specializes in assisting companies and organizations with workplace conflictresolution, leveraging her expertise to develop effective solutions tailored to each client's needs.

  • Lee Walter

    Lee (she/her) views her work for CRCSTL as an extension of her public service career. Having earned a Master's degree in Public Administration, she worked for federal and local government, evaluation firms studying government programs, and in an educational setting.

    After seeing unproductive conflict, Lee became determined to provide opportunities for people to better resolve their disputes and enrolled in CRCSTL's Mediation Apprenticeship Program. Since 2023, she has provided mediation and conflict coaching services through CRCSTL as a contractor and volunteer.

    Her work focuses on landlord-tenant, community, and workplace disputes. Lee strives to guide clients though the problem-solving process with the goal of creating more peaceful, timely, and practical resolutions to their conflicts.
